UNICOR’s exclusive UNICOOL technology features an advanced mold block design that increases the effective cooling surface and optimizes coolant flow, achieving maximum cooling at the curve section for consistent pipe quality.
- Advanced Drive Technology
Two synchronized servo motors perfectly align mold block pairs for precise and reliable performance — even at high speeds.
- Full Process Control
An ergonomic 15″ control panel provides operators with total visibility over process parameters, including air, water, vacuum, and mold temperature — all electronically monitored for consistent results. - Versatile Applications
Ideal for underground conduit systems, electrical conduits, and pre-wired corrugated pipes, the UC 65 G3 efficiently produces diameters as small as 20 mm with exceptional quality from start-up to finished product.
