Operating Principle:

• The electrical resistance butt welder operates by pressing both ends to be welded together with spring pressure.
• Heated through electrical resistance, the molten metal is forced into each other, forming a disc or burr.
• Once cooled, the burr can easily be removed using a grinding stone driven by an electric motor.
