The Copper Wire Bunching Machine 630 is an advanced piece of industrial equipment that efficiently handles a wide range of soft and hard electrical conductor wires. Its primary function is to twist multiple single electrical conductors into a single strand to meet cable processing requirements. Manufactured by Mentors Machinery, this machine is specifically designed for twisting bare copper wires, tin-coated wires, and enamelled wires with more than 7 strands.
This machine operates at high rotational speeds and features a main shaft lubricated by tin oil, with a cooling warning if the oil level is low. This helps to lower the temperature and noise, thereby extending the machine’s lifespan.
- Wire Winding Process
The wire winding process of the Copper Bunching Machine 630 begins at the pay-off device, moving through the disconnection sensing area. The wire first passes through the main distribution board, where the distribution holes are arranged in a 1+6+12… configuration. It then moves through the first and second lines of pressure dies before finally entering the thread guide wheel in the right main shaft.
Subsequently, the wire passes through the aluminium pale bow with a porcelain ring, entering the thread guide wheel in the left main shaft. It then traverses through the centre guide wheel to the take-up wheel and finally reaches the upper wheel of the aligner for traversing.
