Functionality:
- Suitable for a wide range of thermoplastic raw materials (e.g., granules, film strips, etc.)
Application:
- Ideal for quality control testing of thermoplastics
- MVR is especially useful for:
  - Comparing materials with different filler content
  - Comparing filled vs. unfilled thermoplastics
- MFR can be derived from MVR, if melt density at test conditions is known

- Built-in microprocessor maintains temperature control within ± 0.5℃
- Rapid ramp-up to the set temperature
- Automatic cut-off of extruded material using built-in scraper
  - Cutting intervals adjustable with ± 0.1 seconds precision
