- Each unit contains two individual oil-circulating systems, one for each roll.
- Features large circulating pumps, high-capacity electric heaters, and oil cooling units.

- Both systems individually regulated with programmable electronic digital PID temperature controllers.
- Control panel on the mill equipped with digital temperature instruments for each roll.
- Roll Design and Temperature Distribution:
- Rolls made with internal machined spiral channels near the surface.
- Rapid circulating oil heating media ensures even temperature distribution over the entire roll surface.
- At a set temperature of 150°C, actual temperature variance between centre and end part is less than +/- 1.0°C.
- Maximum roll temperature: 220°C (optional 250°C).
