Designed with compact sizing, this mini line occupies a minimum floor space.

Features:

• Compact design with a mini-sized 16mm single-screw extruder:
  • Provides consistent melt output.
  • Spiral mandrel with a 25mm annular die lip diameter for uniform blown film production.
  • Easy-to-use computerized LCD touchscreen control panel.
• Blown film can achieve a maximum lay flat width of 180mm, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.

Tower Structure:

• Assembled on top of a cabinet with a standard height from floor to nip rolls of 1.57 m, making it accessible for the operator to thread the film.
• Height from die lip to nip rolls: 0.8 m.

Air Ring and Blower:

• High-efficiency cooling ring for optimal cooling and high stability of the film bubble.
• Supplied with a streamlined air distribution manifold.

Bubble Stabilizing Cage:

• Four levels of cage arms covered with free-rotating Teflon rollers:
  • Can be adjusted vertically into position.
  • Easily adjustable cage size via a knob for various film bubble diameters.
  • All Teflon roller arms move synchronously.
