Robust and reliable, this machine is engineered to precisely sharpen the tips of both metal and non-metal wires. The pointing process begins by inserting the wire end into a groove that matches its diameter, then pushing it into the machine. The machine rolls the wire to form a point and automatically ejects it once completed.

The machine consists of the following main units:

• Frame
• One pair of non-deformable tool steel quench-hardened pointing rolls housed in brass bushes
• AC motor with V-belt drive and gear train
• Stop/Start control box
• Supply cable
